My Diet Progress

Sedang menjalani masa transisi menuju diet ketat.. sudah mulai mengurangi konsumsi karbohidrat dan lemak jenuh berlebih.. Tomorrow, schedule ON!!!

Breakfast : Wheat Bread with Strawberry Jam

Lunch : Chicken Schnitzel / Tenderloin Steak with fried potato
( my lunch seems riddiculous, but it quit effective, cause I am a meat eater blood type ^^)

Dinner : Yoghurt / Wheat Bread
